It is structured weird between the long reviews of random albums lol. I think it’s the first book where I really got to see into the mind of a killer.
Like I have read other serial killer books where they’re viewed as a main character since then but this one was an eye opener for me. And oddly unlike some other books I read this before the movie. lol.
I haven’t written in first person in a very long time and never for any fandom. Telling the story comes easier for me when I’m telling it, not living through the characters I guess?

15. Favorite book
I used to say American Psycho for the longest time but I haven’t read it since college at this point so I’d probably say it’s a toss up between Stephen King’s It and The Stand.
7. Tell us about your favorite character that you’ve ever written.
Character I created or who I really enjoy writing the most? If it’s a character I created I’d say Mischa in just about anything I’ve written. She changes from fic to fic but I just love writing her so much because I just create what fits that particular story.
Character I love writing in general? I think Nigel. He’s a breeze when I get in my stride and I never second guess myself when writing him. Not ever.
Yes, another Hannibal tribute inspired by the last scene of The Wrath of the Lamb. I’m not crying, you’re crying. This melancholic pencil baby is looking for a new home! Anyone interested?SOLD

the fact that hannibal, at its core, is about a romance btwn two men in their forties/possible fifties meeting their soulmate for the first time after spending a lifetime of thinking they’ll never be truly understood, & finding that person, is really moving & beautiful… not to sound like a cheesy old lady but that shit is breathtaking
